Walks every job before a scope is written.
A local crew that spends its time on the part nobody sees.
Runland Painting is a Puyallup based painting crew that spends its time on the part nobody sees. We walk the job, explain what the surface needs before color, and put the scope in writing before a drop cloth goes down.
Strong sun, daily humidity, and hard afternoon rain are what age an exterior finish here, so prep and product selection are matched to that. A coat that goes on over chalk or mildew will not last a season, whatever the label promises.
We exist to make a repaint something you only do once for a long while. The difference between a finish that lasts and one that peels is almost always the work done before the first coat.
That means honest assessments, written scopes, and crews who protect the floors, cut clean lines, and put the room back before they leave.
Started as a two painter residential repaint crew.
Added full exterior prep, caulking, and coating.
Built a spray setup for cabinet and trim finishing.
Now serving homes and businesses across the greater area.

The hours spent washing, scraping, and caulking are the hours that decide the outcome. A crew that rushes prep is selling you a finish with a short life.
Lines are cut by hand where tape cannot do it justice, and edges are checked in daylight before a room is called done. Straight lines are the whole difference between painted and finished.
Floors and fixtures are covered, furniture goes back where it belongs, and lids and rags leave with the crew. A finished room should look untouched apart from the color.
Tell us what you want painted and we will walk it and put the scope in writing.
